Hosting services are normally provided for a defined billing period and must be renewed to remain active.
Before Expiry
We recommend completing hosting renewals before the due date shown on your invoice or renewal notification.
If Hosting Expires
Depending on the hosting provider and service configuration, expiration may result in:
- Website suspension
- Business email interruption
- Database unavailability
- Control panel access restrictions
- Eventual deletion of hosted data
Do not rely on a provider's temporary grace period as a backup strategy.
Renewal Reminders
RapidBizz may send renewal reminders where the service is managed through us. However, customers remain responsible for ensuring invoices and renewals are completed by the applicable due dates.
