Once the agreed project scope has been completed, the project will move toward final approval and handover.
Depending on the project, handover may include:
- Website/system deployment
- Administrative access
- Relevant source files
- Design files
- Documentation
- Training/instructions
- Hosting information
- Other agreed deliverables
Outstanding Payments
Any outstanding project balance may need to be paid before final deployment, handover, source-file transfer, or other final deliverables according to the applicable agreement.
After Handover
Future changes or support may be covered by:
- Included post-launch support
- Maintenance agreement
- Annual support contract
- Separate support request
- New quotation
