Hosting Migration & Website Transfer

RapidBizz can assist with moving websites between compatible hosting environments where migration is included or separately agreed.

A Migration May Include

Depending on the project:

  • Website files
  • Databases
  • DNS configuration
  • SSL configuration
  • Email migration, if specifically included
  • Testing after migration

Before Migration

We may require access to:

  • Current hosting
  • New hosting
  • Domain/DNS management
  • Website administration
  • Database
  • Relevant email configuration

Credentials should be provided through an approved secure method.

Possible Downtime

We plan migrations to minimize disruption, but DNS propagation, third-party limitations, email configuration, or technical differences between servers may affect the transition.

Do not cancel your old hosting immediately after migration. Wait until the new environment has been tested and confirmed.
