Once a payment has been verified and recorded, it may appear within your RapidBizz Customer Portal.
Depending on the transaction and CRM configuration, you may be able to view or download a payment record or related invoice.
Need Payment Documentation?
If you require assistance locating a payment record, contact Billing & Accounts and provide:
- Invoice number
- Payment date
- Amount
- Currency
- Transaction reference, where applicable
This allows our team to locate the transaction more efficiently.
