Article 5: How to Report a Website or Technical Issue

If you experience a problem with your website or another service managed by RapidBizz, submit a ticket under Web & Technical Support.

Provide the Following Information

Please include:

  • Website URL
  • Affected page
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot or screen recording where useful
  • Error message
  • Approximate time the issue occurred
  • Device being used
  • Browser being used
