How Website Revisions & Change Requests Work

RapidBizz provides revisions according to the scope, quotation, proposal, or agreement associated with your project.

What Is a Revision?

A revision is generally a reasonable modification to work already completed within the approved project scope.

Examples may include:

  • Replacing supplied text
  • Replacing an image
  • Correcting information
  • Minor layout adjustments
  • Updating colors within the approved design direction
  • Adjusting existing sections

What May Be Considered Additional Work?

The following may fall outside normal revisions:

  • Adding new pages
  • Adding new functionality
  • Changing the approved website structure
  • Complete redesign requests
  • New integrations
  • Major content entry not included in the scope
  • Additional languages
  • New product uploads beyond the agreed quantity
  • Custom development not included in the original quotation

Additional work may require a revised quotation.

How to Submit Revisions

Please provide consolidated feedback and clearly mention:

  1. Page name
  2. Section requiring modification
  3. Current content or element
  4. Required change
  5. Replacement content or file, if applicable

Where useful, attach a screenshot.

Avoid Multiple Conflicting Instructions

Where several people from your organization are reviewing a project, we recommend appointing one authorized person to consolidate and submit final feedback.

This helps prevent conflicting instructions and unnecessary delays.
