This guide explains the typical process RapidBizz follows when developing a new website, e-commerce store, or website redesign project.
The exact process may vary depending on the scope and requirements of your project.
1. Project Confirmation
Once the project scope, quotation, and applicable terms have been approved, RapidBizz will prepare the project for development.
Depending on the project, an advance payment may be required before work begins.
2. Requirements & Content Collection
Before development starts, we may request information such as:
- Company profile and business information
- Logo and brand guidelines
- Preferred colors and design references
- Website content
- Product or service information
- Images and media
- Contact details
- Social media links
- Domain and hosting information
- Required integrations or functionality
Providing complete information on time helps avoid unnecessary project delays.
3. Planning & Structure
Our team reviews the requirements and plans the website structure.
This may include:
- Pages and navigation
- Content hierarchy
- Required functionality
- Forms and calls-to-action
- Product/service structure
- Mobile responsiveness
- Technical requirements
- Required third-party integrations
4. Design & Development
RapidBizz begins designing and developing the website based on the approved requirements.
Depending on the project, development may include:
- User interface design
- Responsive layouts
- Website pages
- Contact and enquiry forms
- E-commerce functionality
- Product listings
- WhatsApp integration
- Social media integration
- Basic technical SEO setup
- Security and performance configuration
5. Client Review
Once a reviewable version is ready, it will be shared with the client.
Please review the website carefully and provide consolidated feedback wherever possible.
Feedback should clearly identify:
- Page requiring the change
- Section or element involved
- Requested modification
- Replacement text/image where applicable
6. Revisions
Revisions are completed according to the scope and revision terms agreed for the project.
Requests outside the approved scope or additional functionality may require a separate quotation or additional charges.
7. Testing & Quality Check
Before launch, the website is reviewed for applicable areas such as:
- Desktop and mobile responsiveness
- Navigation and links
- Forms
- Core functionality
- Content placement
- Basic browser compatibility
- SSL/HTTPS
- Performance
- Basic technical SEO configuration
For e-commerce projects, applicable store and checkout functionality may also be tested.
8. Final Approval
The client is requested to review the final version and confirm approval for launch.
Any outstanding project payment may need to be completed before final deployment, handover, or launch according to the agreed project terms.
9. Website Launch
After approval and completion of applicable requirements, RapidBizz will deploy or publish the website to the agreed domain/hosting environment.
Domain, DNS, SSL, email, or hosting configuration may also be completed where included in the project scope.
10. Project Handover
Where applicable, the client may receive relevant access or handover information after project completion and full payment.
The exact handover depends on the technology, hosting arrangement, and agreed project scope.
11. Post-Launch Support
Any included post-launch support will be provided according to the quotation, proposal, or service agreement.
Post-launch support generally covers eligible issues related to the delivered work. New features, additional pages, major design changes, new integrations, or work outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
