How to Submit a Support Ticket

The RapidBizz Customer Portal allows you to submit and track support requests directly with our team.

Using a support ticket helps keep your request organized, documented, and assigned to the appropriate department.

1. Log In to Your Customer Portal

Sign in to the RapidBizz Customer Portal using your registered email address and password.

Once logged in, open the Support / Tickets section.

2. Create a New Ticket

Click New Ticket or the available option for creating a support request.

Complete the required information carefully.

Select the Department

Choose the department that best matches your request, such as:

  • General Support — General questions and assistance
  • Web & Technical Support — Websites, hosting, domains, SSL, email and technical issues
  • Marketing & Creative — Social media, SEO, marketing, branding and design
  • Billing & Accounts — Invoices, payments, renewals and billing questions
  • AI & Software Support — Software, CRM, AI automation, APIs and integrations
  • Sales & Projects — New services, quotations, upgrades and project-related enquiries

Selecting the correct department helps your request reach the appropriate team.

3. Enter a Clear Subject

Use a short and specific subject that explains your request.

Good examples:

  • Website Contact Form Not Working
  • Business Email Login Issue
  • Request to Update Product Information
  • Invoice Payment Confirmation
  • Hosting Renewal Question

Avoid general subjects such as Help, Urgent, or Website Problem where possible.

4. Describe Your Request

Provide enough information for our team to understand and investigate your request.

Where applicable, include:

  • Website or system name
  • Page or feature affected
  • Description of the issue or requested change
  • Error message
  • When the issue started
  • Steps that cause the issue
  • Any recent changes you are aware of

The more relevant information you provide, the easier it is for our team to assist you efficiently.

5. Add Screenshots or Files

If a screenshot, document, or other file will help explain the request, attach it to your ticket where available.

Please avoid uploading passwords, payment card information, private keys, API secrets, or other highly sensitive credentials through a normal support ticket.

6. Choose the Appropriate Priority

If the priority option is available, select it according to the actual impact of the issue.

  • Low — General questions or non-urgent requests
  • Normal — Standard support requests and routine changes
  • High — Important issue significantly affecting a service
  • Urgent — Critical issue causing a major service or business disruption

Please reserve Urgent priority for genuinely critical issues.

7. Submit Your Ticket

Review the information and click Submit.

Your ticket will be recorded in the customer portal and can then be reviewed by the relevant RapidBizz team.

8. Track Your Ticket

You can return to the Support / Tickets section to:

  • Check ticket status
  • Read responses from our team
  • Reply to the ticket
  • Provide additional information
  • Add relevant attachments

Whenever possible, continue the conversation inside the same ticket rather than creating a new ticket for the same issue.

One Issue Per Ticket

For better tracking, submit separate tickets for unrelated issues.

For example, a website technical problem and an invoice question should normally be submitted as two separate tickets to the appropriate departments.
